Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring we can maintain our high-quality service standards for all our guests.
More Than 30 Days
90%If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 90% refund of the total booking amount.
15 to 30 Days
50%If you cancel your booking between 15 to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less Than 8 Days
0%If you cancel your booking within 8 days of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided. This includes no-shows and early departures.

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
Important Notes
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to travelkutch@gmail.com or by calling our customer care.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
- Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Peak season bookings (Rann Utsav, Christmas, New Year, Full Moon dates) may have different cancellation terms. Please check your booking confirmation for specific details.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer alternative dates or a full refund as per the situation.
- Group bookings (5+ rooms/persons) may have different cancellation terms. Please contact us for detailed information.
- Refunds for hotel bookings are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy in addition to our terms.
